We have placed constellations in heaven and have beautified it for beholders, 16 And We have preserved it from every accursed devil, 17 Except for he who steals the listening and is then pursued by a visible flame. 18 And the earth! We have stretched it out and have cast thereon mountains firm, and We have caused to spring up thereon everything weighed. 19 And We have made for you therein means of living and [for] those for whom you are not providers. 20 And there is not a thing but with Us are the stores thereof. And we send it not down save in appointed measure. 21 And We send the winds fertilizing, then send down water from the cloud so We give it to you to drink of, nor is it you who store it up. 22 And certainly We! We it is Who give life, and cause death, and We are the Inheritors. 23 And well do We know [the hearts and deeds of all human beings - both] those who lived before you and those who will come after you; 24 and it is thy Lord shall muster them, and He is All-wise, All-knowing. 25
