AND LO! [In the course of his wanderings,] Moses said to his servant: "I shall not give up until I reach the junction of the two seas, even if I [have to] spend untold years [in my quest]!" 60 But when at last they came to the land where the two seas met, they forgot their fish and it swiftly made its way into the sea. 61 And when they had gone further, he said to his assisting youth; 'Bring us our breakfast; we are worn out from our journey' 62 He said, "Did you see when we retired to the rock? Indeed, I forgot [there] the fish. And none made me forget it except Satan - that I should mention it. And it took its course into the sea amazingly". 63 [Musa (Moses)] said: "That is what we have been seeking." So they went back retracing their footsteps. 64 and there they found one of Our servants upon whom We had bestowed Our mercy, and to whom We had imparted a special knowledge from Ourselves. 65 Musa said unto him: shall I follow thee that thou mayest teach me of that which thou hast been taught a directive knowledge. 66 He replied, "You will not be able to bear with me patiently. 67 for how couldst thou be patient about something that thou canst not comprehend within the compass of [thy] experience?" 68 "You will find me patient if God wills," said Moses; "and I will not disobey you in any thing." 69 He said, “Therefore if you stay with me, do not ask me about anything until I myself mention it to you.” 70

How does the memorization exercise algorithm work? At the lowest level 0, all words are visible. While the highest level 9 hides all words. What about at mid-level, like 3, for example? You might think that the algorithm hides precisely 3 out of every nine words. Not quite! At level 3, each word has a 3 out of 9 chance to hide, and 6 out of 9 to be visible. In other words, it is possible, but highly unlikely, for all words at level 3 to be hidden, or, that all of them to be visible! Also, at mid-levels, and in proportion to the difficulty level, hideouts can be partially incomplete or transparent so that words may be partially visible underneath.
