We were indeed gracious to Moses and Aaron, 114 And rescued them and their people from the great calamity. 115 and We helped them, so that they were victorious; 116 And We gave them the divine writ that made [right and wrong] distinct, 117 And showed them the straight path, 118 and left them thus to be remembered among later generations: 119 'Peace be upon Moses and, Aaron!' 120 That is how We reward those who do good. 121 Indeed, they were of Our believing servants. 122 And lo! Elias was of those sent (to warn), 123 He told his people, "Why do you not have fear of God? 124 Do you call upon Ba'l and leave the best of creators - 125 God, your Lord, and the Lord of your fathers?" 126 Then they belied him, so verily they are to be brought up. 127 Except the bondmen of Allah sincere. 128 and him We left thus to be remembered among later generations: 129 "Peace be upon Elijah and his followers!" 130 Lo! thus do We reward the good. 131 Surely he was one of Our believing servants. 132 AND, BEHOLD, Lot was indeed one of Our message-bearers; 133 when We delivered him and his people all together, 134 Except his wife among those who remained [with the evildoers]. 135 and then We utterly destroyed the others: 136 And most surely you pass by them in the morning, 137 And at night-time; have ye then no sense? 138
