And We did certainly confer favor upon Moses and Aaron. 114 and saved them and their people from great distress. 115 And helped them, so that they became the victors; 116 And We vouchsafed unto the twain a Book luminous. 117 guided them to the right path, 118 and left for them among the later folk 119 Peace be on Moses and Aaron. 120 Thus do We reward the doers of good 121 for those two were truly among Our believing servants. 122 And Ilyas was most surely of the apostles. 123 He said to his people, "Have you no fear [of God?] 124 Do you call on Baal, and abandon the Best of creators? 125 "Allah, your Lord and Cherisher and the Lord and Cherisher of your fathers of old?" 126 But they cried him lies; so they will be among the arraigned, 127 except for God's sincere servants; 128 And We left for him [favorable mention] among later generations: 129 'Peace be upon Elias!' 130 This is how We reward the virtuous. 131 he was among Our believing servants. 132 Verily Lot was one of the apostles, 133 When We rescued him and his entire household. 134 except an old woman who lingered, 135 Then We destroyed the others. 136 and, verily, [to this day] you pass by the remnants of their dwellings at morning-time 137 and at night, will you not understand? 138
