Surely We have sent down the Koran on thee, a sending down; 23 Therefore wait patiently for the command of your Lord, and obey not from among them a sinner or an ungrateful one. 24 Meditate upon the name of your Lord morning and evening; 25 And during night, prostrate yourself to Him (i.e. the offering of Maghrib and 'Isha' prayers), and glorify Him a long night through (i.e. Tahajjud prayer). 26 As to these, they love the fleeting life, and put away behind them a Day (that will be) hard. 27 [They will not admit to themselves that] it We who have created them and strengthened their make - and [that] if it be Our will We can replace them entirely with others of their kind. 28 This is indeed an advice; so whoever wishes may take the path towards his Lord. 29 But you cannot will it unless God wills [to show you that way] -- God is indeed all-knowing and wise -- 30 He admits whoever He will into His grace and has prepared a painful punishment for the evil doers. 31
