HENCE, [remember how it was] when thy Sustainer summoned Moses: "Go unto those evil doing people. 10 The people of Pharaoh. Will they not fear Allah?" 11 He said: My Lord! Lo! I fear that they will deny me, 12 My heart is constrained, my tongue falters, so delegate Aaron; 13 "And (further), they have a charge of crime against me; and I fear they may slay me." 14 He said, “Not like this (any more); both of you go with Our signs, We are with you, All Hearing.” 15 “Therefore approach Firaun then proclaim, ‘We both are Noble Messengers of the Lord Of The Creation.’ 16 let the Children of Israel go with us!'" 17 [Fir'aun (Pharaoh)] said [to Musa (Moses)]: "Did we not bring you up among us as a child? And you did dwell many years of your life with us. 18 And you did (that) deed of yours which you did, and you are one of the ungrateful. 19 Said he, 'Indeed I did it then, being one of those that stray; 20 So I fled from you when I feared you. Then my Lord granted me wisdom and prophethood and appointed me [as one] of the messengers. 21 And is this a favor of which you remind me - that you have enslaved the Children of Israel?" 22 Pharaoh said: 'And what is the Lord of the Worlds' 23 Musa (Moses) said: "Lord of the heavens and the earth, and all that is between them, if you seek to be convinced with certainty." 24 Pharaoh said to those around him: "Do you hear (what he says)?" 25 Moses went on, "He is your Lord and the Lord of your forefathers." 26 Said he, 'Surely your Messenger who was sent to you is possessed!' 27 Moses said, "He is the Lord of the East and the West, and all that lies between them, if only you could understand." 28 (Pharaoh) said: "If thou dost put forward any god other than me, I will certainly put thee in prison!" 29 Said Moosa, “Even if I bring to you something clear?” 30 Said he, 'Bring it then, if thou art of the truthful.' 31 Thereupon [Moses] threw down his staff - and lo! it was a serpent, plainly visible; 32 Then he drew out his hand, and it was luminous to the onlookers. 33

How does the memorization exercise algorithm work? At the lowest level 0, all words are visible. While the highest level 9 hides all words. What about at mid-level, like 3, for example? You might think that the algorithm hides precisely 3 out of every nine words. Not quite! At level 3, each word has a 3 out of 9 chance to hide, and 6 out of 9 to be visible. In other words, it is possible, but highly unlikely, for all words at level 3 to be hidden, or, that all of them to be visible! Also, at mid-levels, and in proportion to the difficulty level, hideouts can be partially incomplete or transparent so that words may be partially visible underneath.
