۞ O mankind, you are those in need of Allah, while Allah is the Free of need, the Praiseworthy. 15 He could take you away if He pleased and bring a new creation (in your place). 16 That is not a hard thing for Allah. 17 And a bearer of burthen will not bear another's burthen, and if one heavy-laden calleth for his load, naught thereof will be borne although he be of kin. Thou canst warn only those who fear their Lord, unseen, and establish prayer. And whosoever becometh clean becometh clean only for himself; and unto Allah is the return. 18 Not alike are the blind and the seeing. 19 nor are the depths of darkness and the light; 20 Nor the shade and the sun's heat. 21 Nor are (alike) the living (believers) and the dead (disbelievers). Verily, Allah makes whom He will hear, but you cannot make hear those who are in graves. 22 You are but a warner, 23 Surely We have sent you with the truth as a bearer of good news and a warner; and there is not a people but a warner has gone among them. 24 And if they call you a liar, so did those before them indeed call (their apostles) liars; their apostles had come to them with clear arguments, and with scriptures, and with the illuminating book. 25 then I seized the unbelievers, and how was My horror! 26
