The Snatchers (Al-Naze'aat)
46 verses, revealed in Mecca after The News (Al-Naba') before Shattering (Al-Infitaar)
In the Name of God, the Merciful, the Compassionate
By oath of those who harshly pull out the soul. (Of the disbeliever) 1 By the angels who release with gentle release. 2 and by those that speedily glide along (the cosmos), 3 And who quickly present themselves. 4 Then those who regulate the affair. 5 One Day everything that can be in commotion will be in violent commotion, 6 and will be followed by another quaking. 7 Hearts will pound loudly on that day, 8 Cast down will be (their owners') eyes. 9 They say (now): "What! shall we indeed be returned to (our) former state? 10 “When we have become decayed bones?” 11 They say, "That, then, would be a losing return." 12 But all it will take is a single blast, 13 And they will wake up suddenly. 14 Has there reached you the story of Moses? - 15 Behold, thy Lord did call to him in the sacred valley of Tuwa:- 16 and directed him: “Go to Pharaoh, he has rebelled, 17 Then say thou: wouldst thou to be purified? 18 and that I should guide thee to thy Lord, then thou shalt fear?"' 19 Then [Musa (Moses)] showed him the great sign (miracles). 20 but the Pharaoh rejected it and disobeyed (Moses). 21 Then he turned away, deliberating, 22 Then he gathered (men) and called out. 23 “I am the supreme lord of you all.” 24 So Allah seized him with the punishment of the Everlasting Life, and of this world. 25 Surely in that is a lesson for him who fears! 26

Notes and Instructions
قراءة القرآن مترجماً إلى الإنجليزية أو أية لغة أخرى أشبه بقراءة كتب التفسير من قراءة ترجمات حرفية.
Reading the Quran translated into English, or any other language, is more like reading books of interpretation than reading literal translations.
