Cooling the Temper (Al-Sharrhh)
8 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Forenoon (Al-Duhaa) before The Afternoon (Al-'Asr)
In the name of God, The Most Gracious, The Dispenser of Grace
۞ Have We not expanded thee thy breast?- 1 and relieve you of the burden 2 Which weighed down thy back. 3 And raised high the esteem (in which) thou (art held)? 4 But lo! with hardship goeth ease, 5 indeed, hardship is followed by ease! 6 So, when you have finished (your prayer), labor (in supplication), 7 and unto thy Sustainer turn with love. 8
True are the words of Allah the Almighty.
