Do you not see that We have appointed devils to incite those who deny the truth to disobedience? 83 So make no haste against them, for We but count out to them a (limited) number (of days). 84 On the Day when We shall gather the Godconscious unto [Us,] the Most Gracious, as honoured guests, 85 and drive those who were lost in sin unto hell as a thirsty herd is driven to a well 86 no one will be able to intercede for the others except those whom the Beneficent God has given authority. 87 And they say, "The Most Merciful has taken [for Himself] a son." 88 Assuredly ye utter a disastrous thing 89 Well-nigh the heavens are rent thereat and the earth cleft in sunder and the mountains fall down in pieces. 90 That they attribute to the Most Merciful a son. 91 The Beneficent God is too Exalted to have a son. 92 None is there in the heavens and earth but he comes to the All-merciful as a servant; 93 He has counted and enumerated them one by one. 94 Every one of them shall come to Him upon the Day of Resurrection, all alone. 95 Indeed those who believed and did good deeds – the Most Gracious will appoint love for them. (In the hearts of other believers.) 96 So We have only made it easy in your tongue that you may give good news thereby to those who guard (against evil) and warn thereby a vehemently contentious people. 97 How numerous are the peoples that We destroyed before them! Do you now perceive any one of them, or hear even their whisper? 98
