(O Prophet), indeed We have revealed the Qur'an to you in portions. 23 therefore be patient under the Judgement of your Lord, and do not obey either the sinner or the unbeliever. 24 And remember the Name of your Lord every morning and afternoon [i.e. offering of the Morning (Fajr), Zuhr, and 'Asr prayers]. 25 And during the night prostrate to Him and exalt Him a long [part of the] night. 26 Those people [who are unmindful of God] aspire for immediate gains, and put behind them a Heavy Day. 27 We have created them and have given them strength. Had We wanted, We could have replaced them with another people like them. 28 Surely this is a reminder, so whoever pleases takes to his Lord a way. 29 But you will not unless God wills; surely God is ever All-knowing, All-wise. 30 He admits whosoever He will to His benevolence. But for the evil-doers He has prepared a painful punishment. 31
