Therefor warn (men, O Muhammad). By the grace of Allah thou art neither soothsayer nor madman. 29 Or do they say: A poet, we wait for him the evil accidents of time. 30 Say, "Wait, for indeed I am, with you, among the waiters." 31 Is it that their faculties of understanding urge them to this, or are they but a people transgressing beyond bounds? 32 Or do they say: "He himself has composed this [message]"? Nay, but they are not willing to believe! 33 Then let them produce a statement like it, if they should be truthful. 34 Did they come into being without any creator? Or were they their own creators? 35 Have they created the heavens and the earth? In fact, they have no strong faith. 36 Do they possess the treasures of your Lord? Or are they the treasurers? 37 Or do they have a ladder (climbing which) they can hear (the secrets of heaven)? Let one who has heard then bring a clear proof. 38 What! The daughters for Him, and the sons for you? 39 Or do you demand any wages from them so that they are burdened with expense? 40 Or is the hidden with them, by which they pass judgements? 41 Or do they want to entrap [thee in contradictions]? But they who are bent on denying the truth - it is they who are truly entrapped! 42 Have they, then, any deity other than God? Utterly remote is God, in His limitless glory, from anything to which men may ascribe a share in His divinity! 43 And if they were to see a fragment of the heaven falling, they would say: A heap of clouds. 44 So leave them alone until they encounter that Day of theirs when they shall be struck down, 45 Their deception will not avail them in the least on that day, nor will they be helped. 46 And indeed for the unjust is another punishment before this, but most of them do not know. (Punishment in the grave is proven by this verse.) 47 So wait patiently (O Muhammad SAW) for the Decision of your Lord, for verily, you are under Our Eyes, and glorify the Praises of your Lord when you get up from sleep. 48 and glorify Him after the setting of the stars. 49
Allah Almighty has spoken the truth.
