Charity (Al-Maa'oon)

7 verses, revealed in Mecca after Hoarding (Al-Takaathur) before The Disbelievers (Al-Kaaferoon)

In the Name of Allah, the Merciful, the Most Merciful

Have you seen he who belied the Recompense? 1 That is he who repulses the orphan (harshly), 2 and does not urge others to feed the needy. 3 Woe, then, unto those praying ones 4 who are heedless of their prayers (delaying them from their prescribed times), 5 Who do (good) to be seen, 6 and prevent the utensils of assistance. 7

God the Almighty always says the truth.
