The Key (Al-Faatehah)

7 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Hidden Secret (Al-Muddath-thir) before Thorns (Al-Masad)

In the Name of God, the Merciful, the Compassionate 1

Praise be to Allah, the Lord of the entire universe. 2 Most beneficent, ever-merciful, 3 King of the Day of Judgement. 4 You (Alone) we worship, and you (Alone) we ask for help (for each and everything). 5 Guide us the straight way. 6 The path of those whom Thou hast favoured; Not the (path) of those who earn Thine anger nor of those who go astray. 7

Allah Almighty has spoken the truth.
