The Backbiter (Al-Hummazah)

9 verses, revealed in Mecca after Resurrection (Al-Qeyaamah) before Dispatched (Al-Mursalaat)

In the Name of Allah, the Merciful, the Most Merciful

Woe to every scorner and mocker 1 Who amasses wealth and hordes it. 2 He thinks that his wealth will make him immortal. 3 On the contrary! He shall be flung to the Crusher. 4 And what can make you know what is the Crusher? 5 It is the fire kindled by God 6 Which leaps up over the hearts, 7 Verily it shall close upon them, 8 in extended columns. 9

Almighty God's Truth.
