۞ And We inspired to Moses, "Travel by night with My servants; indeed, you will be pursued." 52 The Pharaoh sent word to all the cities saying, 53 [bidding them to call out his troops and to proclaim:] "Behold, these [children of Israel] are but a contemptible band; 54 "And they are raging furiously against us; 55 “And indeed we are an alert army.” 56 We therefore got them out from the gardens and water springs. 57 and their treasures and excellent dwellings. 58 even so, and We bequeathed them upon the Children of Israel. 59 So they pursued them at sunrise. 60 and when the groups came face to face, the companions of Moses cried out: "We are overtaken!" 61 He replied: Nay indeed! My Sustainer is with me, [and] He will guide me!" 62 So We sent the divine revelation to Moosa that, “Strike the sea with your staff”; thereupon the sea parted; so each part was like a huge mountain. 63 And We brought the others close to that place. 64 And We saved Moses and those with him, all together. 65 then We drowned the others. 66 Lo! herein is indeed a portent, yet most of them are not believers. 67 Your Lord is certainly Majestic and All-merciful. 68
