The Cheaters (Al-Mutaffifeen)
36 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Spider (Al-Ankaboot) before The Heifer (Al-Baqarah)
In the name of Allah, most benevolent, ever-merciful
Woe to those who give less [than due], 1 Those who when they take the measure from others, take it in full! 2 Whilst when they measure or weigh for them, give less. 3 Do they not think that they will be resurrected 4 On a Mighty Day, 5 A Day when (all) mankind will stand before the Lord of the Worlds? 6 No! Indeed, the record of the wicked is in sijjeen. 7 And what will explain to thee what Sijjin is? 8 It is a comprehensively written Book (of records). 9 Woe, then, to those that give the lie, 10 who belied the Day of Recompense! 11 None denies it but the sinful transgressors. 12 And when Our revelations are rehearsed unto him, he saith: fables of the ancients! 13 No indeed! The truth is that their hearts have become rusted on account of their evil deeds. 14 No indeed! On that Day they will be screened off from seeing their Lord, 15 and then they shall enter Hell, 16 and it will be said to them: 'This is that which you belied' 17 However, the records of the deeds of the virtuous ones will certainly be in Illiyin. 18 And what will make you know what 'Illiyyun is? 19 It is a Book inscribed, 20 witnessed by those brought nigh. 21 Lo! the righteous verily are in delight, 22 [resting on couches, they will look up [to God]: 23 upon their faces thou wilt see the brightness of bliss. 24 They will be given pure wine out of sealed containers 25 its seal will be of musk -- for this let the aspirants aspire -- 26 And admixture thereof will be Water of Tasnim: 27 A spring from which those near [to Allah] drink. 28 Indeed the guilty used to laugh at the believers. 29 And when they passed by them, they winked at one another. 30 and when they returned to their people they returned blithely, 31 and whenever they see those [who believe,] they say: "Behold, these [people] have indeed gone astray!" 32 And withal, they have no call to watch over [the beliefs of] others... 33 So today those who believe shall laugh at the unbelievers; 34 On high thrones, watching. 35 Will not the infidels pay for what they had done? 36
True are the words of God the Almighty.

How does the memorization exercise algorithm work? At the lowest level 0, all words are visible. While the highest level 9 hides all words. What about at mid-level, like 3, for example? You might think that the algorithm hides precisely 3 out of every nine words. Not quite! At level 3, each word has a 3 out of 9 chance to hide, and 6 out of 9 to be visible. In other words, it is possible, but highly unlikely, for all words at level 3 to be hidden, or, that all of them to be visible! Also, at mid-levels, and in proportion to the difficulty level, hideouts can be partially incomplete or transparent so that words may be partially visible underneath.
