The Shocker (Al-Qaare'ah)
11 verses, revealed in Mecca after Quraish (Quraish) before Resurrection (Al-Qeyaamah)
In the Name of Allah, the Most Beneficent, the Most Merciful
Al-Qari'ah (the striking Hour i.e. the Day of Resurrection), 1 What is the Calamity? 2 And what shall teach thee what is the Clatterer? 3 A day wherein mankind will be as thickly-scattered moths 4 And the mountains will be like carded wool, 5 Then he whose scales weigh heavier 6 He will live a pleasant life. 7 But he whose deeds are lighter in the balance 8 He is in the lap of one that abases. 9 Ah, what will convey unto thee what she is! - 10 (It is) a hot blazing Fire! 11
Allah Almighty has spoken the truth.
