Proclaim (O dear Prophet Mohammed – peace and blessings be upon him), “I am purely a Herald of Warning – and there is no God except Allah, the One, the All Dominant.” 65 "The Lord of the heavens and the earth, and all between,- Exalted in Might, able to enforce His Will, forgiving again and again." 66 Say: "This is a message tremendous: 67 "From which ye do turn away! 68 (Tell them): “I had no knowledge of the High Council when they were disputing. 69 had it not been revealed unto me [by God] - to no other end than that I might convey [unto you] a plain warning. 70 When your Lord said to the angels: "I am going to create a man from clay; 71 And when I have made him and have breathed into him of My spirit. Fall down in homage before him." 72 Then the angels bowed before him in a body, 73 except Iblis who puffed himself up with pride and became a disbeliever. 74 Said Allah, “O Iblis! What prevented you from prostrating before one whom I have created with My hands*? Have you become proud or were you haughty from the beginning?” (Used as a metaphor). 75 [Iblis (Satan)] said: "I am better than he, You created me from fire, and You created him from clay." 76 (Allah) said: "Then get thee out from here: for thou art rejected, accursed. 77 My curse will remain upon you till the Day of Judgement!" 78 He said: "O Lord, give me respite till the day the dead rise from their graves." 79 (God) said: "You have the respite 80 till the Day whose Hour I know.” 81 He said: "By Your authority, I will lead them astray, 82 Save Thy bondmen among them Sincere. 83 God said, "This is the truth, I speak only the truth, 84 That I shall fill Hell with thee and such of them as shall follow thee, all together. 85 Say (O Muhammad SAW): "No wage do I ask of you for this (the Quran), nor am I one of the Mutakallifun (those who pretend and fabricate things which do not exist). 86 It is but a reminder to the worlds. 87 "And ye shall certainly know the truth of it (all) after a while." 88
