The Mountain (Al-Toor)
49 verses, revealed in Mecca after Prostration (Al-Sajdah) before Kingship (Al-Mulk)
In the name of God, The Most Gracious, The Dispenser of Grace
By oath of (mount) Tur. 1 Consider [God's] revelation, inscribed 2 In parchment spread open 3 Consider the long-enduring house [of worship]! 4 By the Canopy Raised High; 5 and the sea swarming, 6 VERILY, [O man,] the suffering decreed by thy Sustainer [for the sinners] will indeed come to pass: 7 there is no one who could avert it, 8 On the day when the heaven will heave with (awful) heaving, 9 And the mountains will fly hither and thither. 10 Woe, then, on that Day to all who give the lie to the truth 11 Those who in wading sport themselves. 12 That Day shall they be thrust down to the Fire of Hell, irresistibly. 13 (And told:) "This is the fire which you denied. 14 Then is this magic, or do you not see? 15 Endure it [now]! But [whether you] bear yourselves with patience or without patience, it will be the same to you: you are but being requited for what you were wont to do." 16 But in the Gardens the righteous shall live in bliss, 17 Delighted at the bestowal of their Lord; and their Lord has saved them from the fire. 18 (It will be said): 'Eat and drink with a good appetite because of that which you did' 19 They will recline on couches arranged in rows and We shall couple them with maidens with large, lovely eyes. 20 And those who believe and whose offspring follow them in Faith, to them shall We join their offspring, and We shall not decrease the reward of their deeds in anything. Every person is a pledge for that which he has earned. 21 And We will provide them with fruit and meat from whatever they desire. 22 They will pass cups of un-intoxicating and unsinful wine to one another. 23 ۞ And young attendants like pearls within their shells, will go round. 24 And they will advance unto each other asking questions. 25 Saying: Surely we feared before on account of our families: 26 “So Allah did us a great favour, and saved us from the punishment of the flame.” 27 Verily, we did invoke Him [alone] ere this: [and now He has shown us] that He alone is truly benign, a true dispenser of grace!" 28

How does the memorization exercise algorithm work? At the lowest level 0, all words are visible. While the highest level 9 hides all words. What about at mid-level, like 3, for example? You might think that the algorithm hides precisely 3 out of every nine words. Not quite! At level 3, each word has a 3 out of 9 chance to hide, and 6 out of 9 to be visible. In other words, it is possible, but highly unlikely, for all words at level 3 to be hidden, or, that all of them to be visible! Also, at mid-levels, and in proportion to the difficulty level, hideouts can be partially incomplete or transparent so that words may be partially visible underneath.
