The Heights (Al-Ma'aarej)
44 verses, revealed in Mecca after Incontestable (Al-Haaqqah) before The News (Al-Naba')
Allah - beginning with the name of - the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful
A supplicant asked for a punishment bound to happen 1 Upon the disbelievers, which none can avert, 2 [since it will come] from God, unto whom there are many ways of ascent: 3 Whereby the angels ascend unto Him and also the spirit, On a Day whereof the measure is fifty thousand years. 4 Therefore be patient, with a beautiful patience; 5 They see the (Day) indeed as a far-off (event): 6 But We see it [as] near. 7 On the day when the heaven shall be as molten copper 8 and the mountains become like wool, 9 And friend shall not ask of friend 10 (Though) they shall be made to see each other. The guilty one would fain redeem himself from the chastisement of that day by (sacrificing) his children, 11 and his spouse and his brother, 12 and of all the kinsfolk who ever sheltered him, 13 And all, all that is on earth,- so it could deliver him: 14 But nay! Verily, all [that awaits him] is a raging flame, 15 Dragging by the head, 16 It shall insistently summon him who turned his back and retreated, 17 And collect (wealth) and hide it (from use)! 18 ۞ Indeed, the human was created grudging and impatient. 19 Irritable (discontented) when evil touches him; 20 when good visits him, grudging, 21 Except those who establish prayer. 22 who are constant in prayer; 23 And those in whose wealth there is a known right, 24 for the impoverished nonrequester and the requester, 25 who confirm the Day of Doom 26 And those who are fearful of the chastisement of their Lord-- 27 the punishment of their Lord is not something for them to feel secure of, 28 And those who guard their private parts 29 except from their wives and what their right hands own, for these they are not blameworthy. 30 But those who seek more than this will be transgressors; 31 And those who keep their pledges and their covenant, 32 Who uphold their testimonies, 33 and who observe their prayers. 34 It is these who will be honoured in Gardens. 35

Notes and Instructions
اقرأ القرآن الكريم كله ملونا بالكامل، حيث تولد ألوان وأشكال الصفحات بشكل عشوائي تماما بحيث لا يتكرر التركيب نفسه مرتين.
Read the entire Holy Quran in full color, where pages randomly generate their colors and shapes so that the same scheme never repeats twice.
قراءة القرآن مترجماً إلى الإنجليزية أو أية لغة أخرى أشبه بقراءة كتب التفسير من قراءة ترجمات حرفية.
Reading the Quran translated into English, or any other language, is more like reading books of interpretation than reading literal translations.
