But what is the matter with the unbelievers, that they strain their glances continuously towards them, 36 left and right, in numerous groups? 37 Does every one of them wish to enter the garden of tranquility? 38 By no means! Surely We have created them of what they know. 39 But nay! I call to witness [Our being] the Sustainer of all the points of sunrise and sunset: verily, well able are We 40 To replace them by (others) better than them; and We are not to be outrun. 41 (Muhammad), leave them alone to dispute and play until they face the Day with which they have been threatened: 42 the day they shall come forth from the tombs hastily, as if they were hurrying unto a waymark, 43 With their eyes lowered in fear and humility, ignominy covering them (all over)! That is the Day which they were promised! 44
