The Galloppers (Al-Aadeyaat)

11 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Afternoon (Al-'Asr) before Bounty (Al-Kawthar)

In the name of Allah, Most Gracious, Most Merciful

Oh, the chargers that run panting, 1 Then those that produce fire striking, 2 And scouring to the raid at dawn 3 So thereupon raising dust. 4 Then rush thereby upon an assembly: 5 VERILY, towards his Sustainer man is most ungrateful 6 and he himself is a witness to that, 7 And violent is he in his love of wealth. 8 ۞ Does he not know that on the day when those in the graves are resurrected 9 And that which is in the breasts (of men) shall be made known. 10 That their Lord had been Well-acquainted with them, (even to) that Day? 11

True are the words of Allah the Almighty.
