And indeed We have created man, and We know what his ownself whispers to him. And We are nearer to him than his jugular vein (by Our Knowledge). 16 (Remember!) that the two receivers (recording angels) receive (each human being after he or she has attained the age of puberty), one sitting on the right and one on the left (to note his or her actions). 17 not a word he utters, but by him is an observer ready. 18 And the stupor of death will come in truth; that is what you were trying to escape. 19 And the trumpet will be blown: this is the Day of the Threatening. 20 And there will come forth every soul: with each will be an (angel) to drive, and an (angel) to bear witness. 21 Assuredly thou wast in neglect thereof; now We have removed from off thee thy veil, so thy sight Today is piercing. 22 And his companion will say: this is that which with me is ready. 23 "Cast into Hell every ungrateful, rebellious one, 24 Hinderer of good, transgressor, doubter, 25 and an idol worshipper. Throw him into severe torment". 26 ۞ His comrade saith: Our Lord! I did not cause him to rebel, but he was (himself) far gone in error. 27 Allah will say: "Dispute not in front of Me, I had already, in advance, sent you the threat. 28 No word is to be exchanged in My presence. I am not unjust to My servants". 29

How does the memorization exercise algorithm work? At the lowest level 0, all words are visible. While the highest level 9 hides all words. What about at mid-level, like 3, for example? You might think that the algorithm hides precisely 3 out of every nine words. Not quite! At level 3, each word has a 3 out of 9 chance to hide, and 6 out of 9 to be visible. In other words, it is possible, but highly unlikely, for all words at level 3 to be hidden, or, that all of them to be visible! Also, at mid-levels, and in proportion to the difficulty level, hideouts can be partially incomplete or transparent so that words may be partially visible underneath.
