Charity (Al-Maa'oon)

7 verses, revealed in Mecca after Hoarding (Al-Takaathur) before The Disbelievers (Al-Kaaferoon)

In the name of God, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful

Have you considered him who calls the judgment a lie? 1 That is he who repulses the orphan (harshly), 2 and does not urge others to feed the needy. 3 So ruin is to those offerers of prayer – 4 Those who are neglectful of their prayer. 5 who show off, 6 Who are uncharitable even over very small things. 7

Allah Almighty has spoken the truth.
