The pious ones will receive a beautiful Paradise from their Lord. 34 Should We treat the true believers and the wrongdoers alike? 35 What is the matter with you? How judge ye? 36 Have you a Scripture that tells you 37 That ye shall have, through it whatever ye choose? 38 Or have ye Covenants with Us to oath, reaching to the Day of Judgment, (providing) that ye shall have whatever ye shall demand? 39 Ask them: "Which of you is able to vouch for this?" 40 Or, do they have associates? Then let them bring their associates, if what they say is true! 41 On the day when there shall be a severe affliction, and they shall be called upon to make obeisance, but they shall not be able, 42 Their eyes will be cast down and they will be covered in shame; they were bidden to prostrate themselves, when they were safe and sound [but they did not obey]. 43 Let Me alone with him who belieth this discourse; step by step We lead them on when they perceive not. 44 A (long) respite will I grant them: truly powerful is My Plan. 45 Or are you asking them for some compensation so that they feel burdened with debt? 46 Or do they have knowledge of the unknown which they copy down? 47 Then be patient for the decision of your Lord, [O Muhammad], and be not like the companion of the fish when he called out while he was distressed. 48 Had the favor of his Lord not come upon him, he would have been blamed, cast upon the shore. 49 But his Lord had chosen him and He placed him among the righteous. 50 And the Unbelievers would almost trip thee up with their eyes when they hear the Message; and they say: "Surely he is possessed!" 51 But it is nothing else than a Reminder to all the 'Alamin (mankind, jinns and all that exists). 52
