Al-Rahman 3 of 3
But for him who feareth the standing before his Lord there are two gardens. 46 which, then, of your Sustainer's powers can you disavow? 47 Containing all kinds (of trees and delights);- 48 Which, then, of the benefits of your Lord will ye twain belie? 49 In the two gardens there will be two flowing springs. 50 Which is it, of the favours of your Lord, that ye deny? 51 In them will be Fruits of every kind, two and two. 52 So O men and jinns! Which favour of your Lord will you deny? 53 [In such a paradise the blest will dwell,] reclining upon carpets lined with rich brocade; and the fruit of both these gardens will be within easy reach. 54 Which favors of your Lord will you both belie? 55 In them shall be those who restrained their eyes; before them neither man nor jinni shall have touched them. 56 Which then of the bounties of your Lord will you deny? 57 Like unto Rubies and coral. 58 Which, then, of the benefits of your Lord will ye twain belie? 59 Can the reward of goodness be any other than goodness? 60 Which then of the bounties of your Lord will you deny? 61 Besides those two there shall be two other gardens. 62 Which of the favours of your Lord will you twain – you men and jinn – then deny? 63 Dark green with foliage. 64 Which of your Lord's wonders would you deny? 65 In both of them are two springs gushing forth. 66 Which of the favours of your Lord will you twain – you men and jinn – then deny? 67 In them will be Fruits, and dates and pomegranates: 68 Which is it, of the favours of your Lord, that ye deny? 69 therein maidens good and comely -- 70 Which, then, of the benefits of your Lord will ye twain belie? 71 houris, cloistered in cool pavilions -- 72 Which then of the bounties of your Lord will you deny? 73 Undeflowered by man or by jinn before them, -- 74 So O men and jinns! Which favour of your Lord will you deny? 75 They will be reclining on plain green and beautifully printed cushions 76 So O men and jinns! Which favour of your Lord will you deny? 77 Blessed be the name of thy Lord, Mighty and glorious! 78
God Almighty has spoken the truth.
