Did you not see that We sent devils upon the disbelievers, so they excite them abundantly? 83 Hence, be not in haste [to call down God's punishment] upon them: for We but number the number of their days. 84 On the day that We shall muster the godfearing to the All-merciful with pomp 85 And will drive the criminals to Hell in thirst 86 No one will have power to intercede, except for those who have permission from the Lord of Mercy. 87 And they say: the Compassionate hath taken a son. 88 You have done an atrocious thing. 89 Which would cleave the skies asunder, rend the earth, and split the mountains, 90 That they should ascribe unto the Compassionate a son. 91 When it is not meet for (the Majesty of) the Beneficent that He should choose a son. 92 There is none in the heavens and earth except he comes to the Merciful as a worshiper. 93 He has counted and enumerated them one by one. 94 On the Day of Resurrection each one of these will come to Him singly. 95 Surely those who believe and do deeds of righteousness -- unto them the All-merciful shall assign love. 96 So We have made this (Qur'an) easy in your tongue that you may give good news to those who take heed, and warn the people who are contentious. 97 And how many a generation We destroyed before them! Dost thou perceive so much as one of them, or hear of them a whisper? 98
