And the dwellers in Al-Hijr denied (Our) messengers. 80 And we gave them Our revelations, but they were averse to them. 81 They would carve secure houses out of the mountains. 82 But the shriek seized them at early morning. 83 that they earned did not avail them. 84 And We created not the heavens and the earth and all that is between them except with truth, and the Hour is surely coming, so overlook (O Muhammad SAW), their faults with gracious forgiveness. [This was before the ordainment of Jihad holy fighting in Allah's Cause]. 85 For verily it is thy Lord who is the Master-Creator, knowing all things. 86 We have given thee seven of the oft-repeated, and the mighty Koran. 87 Do not direct your eyes towards the things We have given to some of their couples to enjoy, and do not at all grieve because of them, and take the Muslims within the folds of your mercy. 88 and say: "Behold, I am indeed the plain warner [promised by God]! 89 So We sent it down to the partitioners, 90 Those who made the Quran into shreds. 91 By the Lord, We will hold them all responsible 92 About all what they used to do. 93 Hence, proclaim openly all that thou hast been bidden [to say,] and leave alone all those who ascribe divinity to aught beside God: 94 We shall help you against those who mock you 95 and those who set up other gods with Allah, indeed, they will soon know. 96 We know indeed thy breast is straitened by the things they say. 97 So hallow thou the praise of thy Lord, and be thou of the prostrate. 98 And worship your Lord until there comes to you the certainty (death). 99
