Observedest thou him who turned away? 33 and grudgingly spends very little for the cause of God? 34 Has he knowledge of the Unknown that he perceives everything? 35 Hath he not been told of that which is in the writs of Musa. 36 And with Abraham who kept his word: 37 That no burdened person (with sins) shall bear the burden (sins) of another. 38 and that a man shall have to his account only as he has laboured, 39 And that his effort is going to be seen - 40 Then he will be fully repaid for it? 41 And that to your Lord is your returning; 42 It is He who causes laughter and weeping. 43 It is He who causes death and gives life. 44 and that it is He who created pairs, the male and the female, 45 from a discharged living germ 46 and that He will bring about the Second Creation; 47 It is He who grants people temporary and durable wealth. 48 That He is the Lord of Sirius (the Mighty Star); 49 that He it is Who destroyed the ancient 'Ad, 50 and Thamood, and He did not spare them, 51 And before them, the people of Noah, for that they were (all) most unjust and most insolent transgressors, 52 And He brought perdition upon the subverted cities 53 so that there covered it that which covered. 54 Which of your Lord's benefits will you then dispute about? 55 He (Prophet Mohammed – peace and blessings be upon him) is a Herald of Warning, like the former Heralds of Warning. 56 There hath approached the approaching Hour. 57 and none but Allah can avert it. 58 Do you then marvel at this discourse, 59 And you laugh and do not weep 60 Wasting your time in vanities? 61 Therefore prostrate for Allah, and worship Him.
