The people of Noah denied the messengers 105 When their brother Noah said to them: "Will you not take heed? 106 I am for you a faithful Messenger, 107 So keep your duty to Allah, and obey me. 108 I ask no recompense of you for it. My reward is due from none but the Lord of all the worlds. 109 Hence, remain conscious of God, and pay heed unto me!" 110 ۞ They said, "Should we believe in you when no one has followed you except the lowest ones". 111 He said: I have no knowledge of that which they have been Working. 112 "Their account is only with my Lord, if ye could (but) understand. 113 "I am not one to drive away those who believe. 114 I am naught but a warner manifest. 115 They said: "If thou desist not, O Noah! thou shalt be stoned (to death)." 116 He prayed: "O Lord, verily my people accuse me of lies. 117 So pass a clear judgement between me and them and rescue me and the believers with me." 118 We saved him and those who were with him in the laden ship, 119 Then afterward We drowned the others. 120 Surely there is a Sign in this, but most of them would not believe. 121 And verily thy Lord is He, the Exalted in Might, Most Merciful. 122
