And the dwellers of Al Hijr also belied the Messengers. 80 And We gave them Our communications, but they turned aside from them; 81 They used to hew dwellings in the mountains to live in security. 82 So the rumbling overtook them in the morning; 83 Out of what they had gained, nothing proved to be of any benefit to them. 84 AND [remember:] We have not created the heavens and the earth and all that is between them without [an inner] truth; but, behold, the Hour [when this will become clear to all] is indeed yet to come. Hence, forgive [men's failings] with fair forbearance: 85 Surely thy Lord, He is the All-creator, the All-knowing. 86 We have given thee seven of the oft-repeated, and the mighty Koran. 87 Look not with your eyes ambitiously at what We have bestowed on certain classes of them (the disbelievers), nor grieve over them. And lower your wings for the believers (be courteous to the fellow-believers). 88 And say: "I am indeed a plain warner." 89 even as We had sent warning to those who had divided their religion into fragments; 90 those who had split up their Qur'an into pieces. 91 So, by your Lord (O Muhammad SAW), We shall certainly call all of them to account. 92 For that which they have been working. 93 So shout that thou art commanded and turn thou away from the idolaters. 94 We suffice you against those who mock, 95 and believe other things to be equal to God. They will soon know the truth. 96 We certainly know that their statements sorely grieve you. 97 So exalt [Allah] with praise of your Lord and be of those who prostrate [to Him]. 98 Worship your Lord till the certainty (death) comes to you. 99
