Noah's folk denied the messengers (of Allah), 105 When their brother Noah said unto them: Will ye not ward off (evil)? 106 I am a trustworthy Messenger to you; 107 "So fear Allah, and obey me. 108 I ask of you no recompense for it, for my only reward is with the Lord of the Universe, 109 so fear you God, and obey you me.' 110 ۞ They said: "Shall we believe in thee when it is the meanest that follow thee?" 111 (Noah) said, "I have no knowledge of their deeds. 112 "Their account is only with my Lord, if ye could (but) understand. 113 "And I am not going to drive away the believers. 114 I am only a Prophet. 115 They said: "If you do not desist, O Noah, you will be stoned to death." 116 He said: "My Lord! My people have branded me a liar. 117 Judge among us and save me and the believers with me". 118 So We delivered him, and those with him, in the laden ship, 119 Then We drowned the rest (disbelievers) thereafter. 120 Lo! herein is indeed a portent, yet most of them are not believers. 121 Your Lord is the Almighty, the Most Merciful. 122
