[O MEN!] Are you more difficult to create than the heaven which He has built? 27 He raised high its height, then put it into a right good state. 28 Its night doth He endow with darkness, and its splendour doth He bring out (with light). 29 and thereafter spread out the earth, 30 And from it produced its water and its pasture. 31 And stabilized the mountains 32 As provision for you and your grazing livestock. 33 But when there comes the greatest Overwhelming Calamity - 34 on that Day man will [clearly] remember all that he has ever wrought; 35 And hell will stand forth visible to him who seeth, 36 then he who transgressed 37 And prefers the life of this world, 38 most surely his abode shall be Hell. 39 And as for him who fears to stand in the presence of his Lord and forbids the soul from low desires, 40 Verily the Garden! that shall be his resort. 41 They will ask you [Prophet] about the Hour, saying, "When it will come to pass?", 42 Wherein art thou concerned with the declaration thereof! 43 The extent of its knowledge goes to your Lord. 44 Thou art but [sent] to warn those who stand in awe of it. 45 On the Day when they see it, they will feel as if they had tarried in this world for only one evening or one morning. 46
