It is He Who has created for you (the faculties of) hearing, sight, feeling and understanding: little thanks it is ye give! 78 And it is He Who has spread you in the earth, and towards Him you are to be raised. 79 It is He Who gives life and causes death, and He holds mastery over the alternation of night and day. Do you not understand this? 80 Nay, but they said the like of what the ancients said. 81 They say, “Will we, when we die and turn into dust and bones, be raised again?” 82 “Indeed this promise was given to us and before us to our forefathers – this is nothing but stories of earlier people.” 83 Say: "To whom does the earth and whosoever is upon it then belong, if you know?" 84 They will quickly reply, "It belongs to God." Say, "Will you not, then, take heed?" 85 Say thou: who is Lord of the seven heavens and Lord of the mighty throne? 86 They will say: Unto Allah (all that belongeth). Say: Will ye not then keep duty (unto Him)? 87 Ask them: "Say, if you indeed know, to whom belongs the dominion over all things; (Who is it) that grants asylum, but against Whom no asylum is available?" 88 They will surely say: God's. Say thou: how then are ye turned away? 89 No, We have brought the truth to them, but they are liars. 90 Allah has not taken any son, nor has there ever been with Him any deity. [If there had been], then each deity would have taken what it created, and some of them would have sought to overcome others. Exalted is Allah above what they describe [concerning Him]. 91 [He is] Knower of the unseen and the witnessed, so high is He above what they associate [with Him]. 92
