And indeed the Noble Messengers came to the people of Firaun. 41 (They) belied all Our Signs, so We seized them with a Seizure of the All-Mighty, All-Capable to carry out what he Will (Omnipotent). 42 Are your disbelievers better than those [former ones], or have you immunity in the scripture? 43 Or they say, “We shall all take revenge as a group.” 44 Their multitude will be put to flight, and they will show their backs. 45 Aye! the Hour is their appointed term, and the Hour shall be far more grievous and far more bitter. 46 Surely the guilty are in error and distress. 47 On the day when they are dragged upon their faces in the fire – “Taste the heat of hell.” 48 Verily, We have created all things with Qadar (Divine Preordainments of all things before their creation, as written in the Book of Decrees Al-Lauh Al-Mahfuz). 49 And Our Command is but a single (Act),- like the twinkling of an eye. 50 And verily We have destroyed your fellows; but is there any that remembereth? 51 All their deeds are in the Scrolls, 52 And every small and great thing is recorded. 53 Surely the godfearing shall dwell amid gardens and a river 54 At the still centre in the proximity of the King all-powerful. 55
