What aileth those who disbelieve, that they keep staring toward thee (O Muhammad), open-eyed, 36 left and right, in numerous groups? 37 Does every man of them desire that he should be made to enter the garden of bliss? 38 Not so; for We have created them of what they know. 39 I swear by the Lord of the easts and the wests that We have the power 40 To replace them by others better than they; and We are not to be outrun. 41 So leave them to plunge in vain talk and play about, until they meet their Day which they are promised. 42 the Day when they shall come out of their graves in haste, as if they were racing to a goal, 43 Their eyes will be downcast and disgrace will overwhelm them. Such is the Day that they were promised. 44
