Do you not consider those who dispute concerning the signs of Allah - how are they averted? 69 Those who cry lies to the Book and that wherewith We sent Our Messengers -- soon they will know! 70 when fetters will be placed around their necks and chains will drag them 71 Into boiling water, then in the fire shall they be burned; 72 and then they will be asked, "Where are those whom you associated [with God]?" 73 They will reply, "They have abandoned us. In fact, we had worshipped nothing" Thus does God cause the disbelievers to go astray. 74 "That was because ye were wont to rejoice on the earth in things other than the Truth, and that ye were wont to be insolent. 75 Enter the gates of Hell to stay therein forever. The abode of the arrogant is evil. 76 So be patient, surely the promise of Allah is true. So should We make you see part of what We threaten them with, or should We cause you to die, to Us shall they be returned. 77 And certainly We sent apostles before you: there are some of them that We have mentioned to you and there are others whom We have not mentioned to you, and it was not meet for an apostle that he should bring a sign except with Allah's permission, but when the command of Allah came, judgment was given with truth, and those who treated (it) as a lie were lost. 78
