What, are you stronger in constitution or the heaven He built? 27 He raised high its height, then put it into a right good state. 28 Its night He covers with darkness, and its forenoon He brings out (with light). 29 And after that He spread the earth; 30 And he brought forth therefrom its water, and its pasture. 31 And stabilized the mountains 32 [all this] as a means of sustenance for you and your animals? 33 So when the greatest universal disaster arrives, 34 The Day whereon man shall remember whatsoever he had striven for. 35 And Hell made visible to him who can see, 36 For, unto him who shall have transgressed the bounds of what is right, 37 And had preferred the life of this world, 38 that blazing fire will truly be the goal! 39 But as for he who feared the position of his Lord and prevented the soul from [unlawful] inclination, 40 Lo! the Garden will be his home. 41 They ask you: "When will the Hour be? When is its time fixed?" 42 what have you to do with the mentioning of it? 43 Its knowledge rests with your Lord. 44 Thou art only the warner of him who fears it. 45 On the day when they see it, it will seem to them as though they had only lived in the world for a morning and an afternoon. 46
