Cooling the Temper (Al-Sharrhh)
8 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Forenoon (Al-Duhaa) before The Afternoon (Al-'Asr)
In the name of Allah, the Entirely Merciful, the Especially Merciful
۞ Have We not expanded thee thy breast?- 1 and lift from thee thy burden, 2 that had weighed so heavily on thy back? 3 Have We not raised your remembrance? 4 So, surely with every hardship there is ease; 5 Certainly, after every difficulty there comes relief. 6 So when you finish the prayer, strive in supplication. 7 And to your Lord direct [your] longing. 8
Allah Almighty has spoken the truth.
