Al-A 'araaf 8 of 24

Certainly We sent Nuh to his people, so he said: O my people! serve Allah, you have no god other than Him; surely I fear for you the chastisement of a grievous day. 59 The leading men of his people replied: 'We see that you are in palpable error.' 60 He said: O my people! there is no error in me, but I am an apostle from the Lord of the worlds. 61 I convey to you the messages of my Lord and advise you; and I know from Allah what you do not know. 62 Do you wonder that a Remembrance should come to you from your Lord to a man from yourselves in order that he may warn you and that you may be cautious so that mercy comes upon you' 63 But they called him a liar, so We delivered him and those with him in the ark, and We drowned those who rejected Our communications; surely they were a blind people. 64
