Drivers of the Winds (Al-Dhaareyaat)

In the name of God, The Most Gracious, The Dispenser of Grace
CONSIDER the winds that scatter the dust far and wide, 1 And those that bear the burden (of the rain) 2 Then those (ships) that glide easily, 3 And the angels who distribute the affair. 4 Verily, that which you are promised is true indeed, 5 and surely the Doom is about to fall! 6 CONSIDER the firmament full of starry paths! 7 surely you speak at variance, 8 He is turned away from it who would be turned away. 9 Perish will those who just guess and speculate, 10 Those who (flounder) heedless in a flood of confusion: 11 They ask: when is the Day of Requital coming? 12 (It will be) a Day when they will be tried (and tested) over the Fire! 13 Taste your persecution! this is what you would hasten on. 14 Verily, the Muttaqun (pious - see V. 2:2) will be in the midst of Gardens and Springs (in the Paradise), 15 receiving their reward from their Lord. They had been righteous people before the Day of Judgment. 16 They used to sleep but little in the night. 17 And every morning asked forgiveness, 18 And in their wealth the beggar and the outcast had due share. 19 There are signs in the earth for those who are firm in their faith, 20 and in your selves; what, do you not see? 21 In the sky is your provision and that which you are promised. 22 for, by the Sustainer of heaven and earth, this [life after death] is the very truth - as true as that you are endowed with speech! 23

Reading the Quran translated into English, or any other language, is more like reading books of interpretation than reading literal translations.

How does the memorization exercise algorithm work? At the lowest level 0, all words are visible. While the highest level 9 hides all words. What about at mid-level, like 3, for example? You might think that the algorithm hides precisely 3 out of every nine words. Not quite! At level 3, each word has a 3 out of 9 chance to hide, and 6 out of 9 to be visible. In other words, it is possible, but highly unlikely, for all words at level 3 to be hidden, or, that all of them to be visible! Also, at mid-levels, and in proportion to the difficulty level, hideouts can be partially incomplete or transparent so that words may be partially visible underneath.
