ART THOU NOT aware that We have let loose all [manner of] satanic forces upon those who deny the truth - [forces] that impel them [towards sin] with strong impulsion? 83 Hence, be not in haste [to call down God's punishment] upon them: for We but number the number of their days. 84 The day We shall gather the righteous to (Allah) Most Gracious, like a band presented before a king for honours, 85 And shall drive the culprits to Hell as a herd. 86 They shall not control intercession, save he who has made a covenant with the Beneficent Allah. 87 And they say: The Beneficent hath taken unto Himself a son. 88 Indeed, [by this assertion] you have brought forth something monstrous, 89 It is such a monstrosity that heavens might well-nigh burst forth at it, the earth might be cleaved, and the mountains fall 90 That men should ascribe a son to the Most Gracious, 91 For it is not consonant with the majesty of (Allah) Most Gracious that He should beget a son. 92 There is no one in the heavens and earth but that he comes to the Most Merciful as a servant. 93 indeed, He has full cognizance of them, and has numbered them with [unfailing] numbering; 94 And each one of them will come before Him on the Day of Resurrection, alone. 95 Verily those who believe and do righteous works - anon the Compassionate shall appoint for them affection. 96 We have therefore made this Qur’an easy upon your tongue, (O dear Prophet Mohammed – peace and blessings be upon him) for you to announce glad tidings with it to those who fear, and warn those who are quarrelsome. 97 But how many (countless) generations before them have We destroyed? Canst thou find a single one of them (now) or hear (so much as) a whisper of them? 98
