Cooling the Temper (Al-Sharrhh)

In the Name of God, the Merciful, the Compassionate

۞ Have We not lifted up your heart, 1 And taken off from you your burden, 2 that had well-nigh broken your back? 3 And exalted for you your esteem? 4 So, surely with every hardship there is ease; 5 verily, with every hardship comes ease! 6 So when you are free, nominate. 7 and let thy Lord be thy Quest. 8

True are the words of Allah the Almighty.
