And who is better in speech than he who summoneth unto Allah, and worketh righteously, and saith: verily I am one of the Muslims. 33 (O Prophet), good and evil are not equal. Repel (evil) with that which is good, and you will see that he, between whom and you there was enmity, shall become as if he were a bosom friend (of yours). 34 But none attains to this except those who are steadfast; none attains to this except those endowed with mighty good fortune. 35 (Muhammad), seek God's protection if satan's temptation grieves you, for God is All-hearing and All-knowing. 36 And of His signs are the night and the day and the sun and the moon. So prostrate not yourselves unto the sun nor the moon, but prostrate yourselves unto Allah who hath created them, if it is He alone whom ye are worshipping. 37 And though some be too proud [to listen to this call,] they who [in their hearts] are with thy Sustainer extol His limitless glory by night and by day, and never grow weary [thereof]. ۩ 38 And of His signs is that you see the earth stilled, but when We send down upon it rain, it quivers and grows. Indeed, He who has given it life is the Giver of Life to the dead. Indeed, He is over all things competent. 39 Verily those who blaspheme Our revelations are not hid from Us. Is he then who will be cast into the Fire better or he who cometh secure on the Day of Resurrection? Work whatsoever ye will; Verily He is of that which ye work the Beholder. 40 Those who disbelieve in the Remembrance when it comes to them -- and surely it is a Book Sublime; 41 No falsehood can approach it from before or behind it: It is sent down by One Full of Wisdom, Worthy of all Praise. 42 Nothing has been said to you which was not said to the Messengers who lived before you. Your Lord is certainly All-forgiving, but stern in His retribution. 43 And if We had made it a non-Arabic Qur'an, they would have said, "Why are its verses not explained in detail [in our language]? Is it a foreign [recitation] and an Arab [messenger]?" Say, "It is, for those who believe, a guidance and cure." And those who do not believe - in their ears is deafness, and it is upon them blindness. Those are being called from a distant place. 44
