The Fig (Al-Teen)

8 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Galaxies (Al-Burooj) before Quraish (Quraish)

In the Name of Allah, the Most Beneficent, the Most Merciful

I swear by the fig and the olive, 1 And by oath of Mount Sinai, 2 and by this city (of Makkah), a haven of peace: 3 We have indeed created man in the best of mould, 4 Then We return him to the lowest of the low, 5 Save those who believe (in Islamic Monotheism) and do righteous deeds, then they shall have a reward without end (Paradise). 6 Who should then make you deny the Judgement after this? 7 Is not Allah the Best of judges? 8

True are the words of Allah the Almighty.
