The Inevitable (Al-Waaqe'ah)
96 verses, revealed in Mecca after T H (Taa Haa) before The Poets (Alshu'araa')
In the name of God, The Most Gracious, The Dispenser of Grace
۞ When the Event (i.e. the Day of Resurrection) befalls. 1 And there can be no denying of its befalling. 2 Abasing (some), exalting (others); 3 When the earth shall be shaken to its depths, 4 And the mountains shall be made to crumble with (an awful) crumbling, 5 and will scatter abroad into fine dust. 6 And you shall be three sorts. 7 So those on the right – how (fortunate) are those on the right! 8 And the companions of the left - what are the companions of the left? 9 And the preceders are the preceders. 10 those are they brought nigh the Throne, 11 In the Gardens of Pleasure, 12 Many of them will be from the ancient people 13 And a few from the later generations. 14 [They will be seated] on gold-encrusted thrones of happiness, 15 reclining upon them, facing one another [in love]. 16 There shall go round unto them youths ever-young. 17 carrying goblets and ewers and cups filled with the purest wine, 18 that will neither make the head throb, nor intoxicate, 19 and with fruit of any kind that they may choose, 20 And the meat of fowl, from whatever they desire. 21 And (there will be) Companions with beautiful, big, and lustrous eyes,- 22 The likenesses of pearls well-protected, 23 as reward for their deeds. 24 No Laghw (dirty, false, evil vain talk) will they hear therein, nor any sinful speech (like backbiting, etc.). 25 except each other's greetings of, "Peace be with you". 26 And those on the right hand; what of those on the right hand? 27 They shall recline on high amidst lote trees without thorns 28 And [banana] trees layered [with fruit] 29 and extended shade, 30 By water flowing constantly, 31 And fruit, abundant [and varied], 32 undiminished and never denied 33 And on Thrones (of Dignity), raised high. 34 Verily, We have created them (maidens) of special creation. 35 Then We have made them virgins, 36 Loving, of equal age. 37 with those who have attained to righteousness: 38

كيف تعمل منظومة تمارين الحفظ؟ عند أدنى مستوى 0، تكون كل الكلمات ظاهرة. بينما يُخفي أعلى مستوى 9 كل الكلمات. فكيف تعمل المستويات المتوسطة، مثل 3، على سبيل المثال؟ قد تعتقد بأن المنظومة تخفي 3 من كل تسع كلمات بدقة. ليس تماما! في المستوى 3، لكل كلمة فرصة اختفاء بنسبة 3 من 9، و6 من 9 لتكون ظاهرة. بمعنى آخر، من الممكن، ولكن باحتمال شبة معدوم، أن تكون جميع كلمات المستوى 3 مخفية، أو أن تكون جميعها ظاهرة! وكذلك أيضًا، ففي المستويات المتوسطة، وبما يتناسب مع مستوى الصعوبة، يمكن أن تكون المخابئ غير كاملة أو شفافة جزئيًا بحيث تظهر الكلمات جزئيًا تحتها.
How does the memorization exercise algorithm work? At the lowest level 0, all words are visible. While the highest level 9 hides all words. What about at mid-level, like 3, for example? You might think that the algorithm hides precisely 3 out of every nine words. Not quite! At level 3, each word has a 3 out of 9 chance to hide, and 6 out of 9 to be visible. In other words, it is possible, but highly unlikely, for all words at level 3 to be hidden, or, that all of them to be visible! Also, at mid-levels, and in proportion to the difficulty level, hideouts can be partially incomplete or transparent so that words may be partially visible underneath.
