Shattering (Al-Infitaar)
In the name of Allah, the Compassionate, the Merciful
۞ When the heaven is cleft asunder, 1 And when the stars have fallen and scattered; 2 when the seas swarm over, 3 And when the [contents of] graves are scattered, 4 every soul will see the result of its deeds - those recorded before his death and those which will produce either virtue or evil after his death. 5 O mankind, what has deceived you concerning your Lord, the Generous, 6 Who created you, proportioned you, and balanced you? 7 He moulded you into whatever shape He willed. 8 Even then you deny the Judgement. 9 Surely there are guardians over you, 10 Honourablel scribes. 11 who know all that you do: 12 The pious will surely be in heaven, 13 The wicked certainly in Hell: 14 They shall enter it on the Day of Recompense 15 And they will not be able to keep away therefrom. 16 And what shall make thee know whatsoever the Day of Requital is? 17 Again, what shall make thee know whatsoever the Day of Requital is? 18 It is a Day whereon no soul shall own aught of power for any soul; and the command on that Day will be Allah's. 19
