(Muhammad), remind them, by the Grace of your Lord, that you are neither a soothsayer or an insane person. 29 Or do they say: “He is a poet for whom we await an adverse turn of fortune.” 30 Tell them: “Wait; I too am waiting with you.” 31 Do their minds prompt them to say such things, or are they a people immersed in transgression?” 32 Or do they say, "He fabricated the (Message)"? Nay, they have no faith! 33 Let them produce a scripture like it, if what they say is true. 34 [Or do they deny the existence of God?] Have they themselves been created without anything [that might have caused their creation]? or were they, perchance, their own creators? 35 Or, did they create the heavens and the earth? No, their belief is not certain! 36 Or, are the treasures of your Lord in their keeping? Or, are they the controllers? 37 Or do they have a ladder (climbing which) they can hear (the secrets of heaven)? Let one who has heard then bring a clear proof. 38 Or has He only daughters and ye have sons? 39 Or is it that thou dost ask for a reward, so that they are burdened with a load of debt?- 40 Or is it that they have access to (the Truths in) the realm beyond sense-perception which they are writing down? 41 Or, do they desire to outwit? The unbelievers are the outwitted. 42 Or have they any god beside Allah? Glorified be Allah from all that they ascribe as partner (unto Him)! 43 Even if they were to see a part of the heavens falling down upon them, they would say, "It is only dense cloud". 44 Then leave them, till they encounter their day wherein they shall be thunderstruck, 45 The Day when their guile shall not relieve them a thing, and they shall not be helped. 46 Surely a chastisement awaits the wrong-doers even before the coming of that Day; but most of them do not know. 47 And wait patiently for the judgment of your Lord, for surely you are before Our eyes, and sing the praise of your Lord when you rise; 48 and extol His glory at night, and at the time when the stars retreat. 49
True are the words of Allah the Almighty.

Notes and Instructions
قراءة القرآن مترجماً إلى الإنجليزية أو أية لغة أخرى أشبه بقراءة كتب التفسير من قراءة ترجمات حرفية.
Reading the Quran translated into English, or any other language, is more like reading books of interpretation than reading literal translations.
