The Poets (Alshu'araa')
In the name of God, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful
۞ Ta Sin Mim. 1 These are the verses of the Book that makes (things) clear. 2 Perhaps, [O Muhammad], you would kill yourself with grief that they will not be believers. 3 If We will, We can send down on them a sign from heaven before which their necks will remain humbled. 4 Never does there come to them an admonition from the Merciful Lord but they turn away from it. 5 thus, indeed, have they given the lie (to this message as well). But [in time] they will come to understand what it was that they were wont to deride! 6 Have they not seen the earth, that how many honourable pairs We have created in it? 7 Verily, in this is a Sign: but most of them do not believe. 8 truly, your Lord is the Mighty One, the Merciful. 9
